The Workforce Bridge Pilot Program
Program Overview
The Workforce Bridge Pilot Program
A small-scale pilot workforce program designed to support neurodivergent adults in preparing for, securing, and sustaining meaningful employment. This initiative will test and refine a neurodiversity-affirming model that includes resume and interview preparation, job placement and retention support, communication and pragmatic skills coaching, employer partnership development, and workplace advocacy. Support from Speech-Language Pathologists who are also ACRE-Certified Employment Specialists is integrated to strengthen workplace communication and professional interaction skills. We also partner with employers to implement neurodiversity-affirming workplace strategies that promote effective communication, meaningful collaboration, and successful professional interactions.
